Booking & Payment
A partially refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the safari begins.Cancellation
90+ days before start: 10% cancellation fee applies; lodge fees are non-refundable but a credit note (no expiry) will be issued.
Less than 90 days: No refunds or credits.
Itinerary Changes
Itineraries may change due to factors like weather or wildlife activity. We’ll provide alternatives where possible.Travel Insurance
Comprehensive insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation is mandatory.Health
Clients must ensure they are medically fit and consult a healthcare provider for vaccinations and precautions.Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for valid passports, visas, and other required documents. We’re not liable for issues caused by improper documentation.Liability
Participation is at your own risk. We’re not responsible for injury, loss, or property damage. Follow the guide’s instructions at all times.Force Majeure
We’re not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, terrorism, government actions).Conduct
Clients must respect wildlife, local customs, and group safety. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.Payments
Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods in the specified currency.Complaints
Report any issues to the guide or our team immediately for prompt resolution.Service Termination
We may end services for clients engaging in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior.
